Infection Control & Clinical Education RN

Oversee infection prevention practices and skin care wound assessments while ensuring facility compliance with current regulations. Lead the plan, development, and implementation of infection control programs, including weekly evaluations of resident skin issues and recommendations for care plan adjustments. Ensure documentation remains complete, consistent, and aligned with legal requirements. Collaborate with leadership to address concerns expressed by patients, families, and physicians. This role supports the nurse management team at Prestige Care Center of Fairfield, a 73-bed skilled nursing facility in Fairfield, Iowa.
