Job Summary
Infant/Young Toddler Teacher in a year-round progressive program. Responsibilities include creating a safe, healthy learning environment; planning developmentally appropriate activities; supporting physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development; engaging families with weekly notes and conferences; maintaining classroom routines; coordinating with aides/volunteers; ensuring state licensing hours are met; and demonstrating professionalism. Qualifications include an associates degree or CDA (preferred) and First Aid/CPR certification upon hire; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; ability to engage with children at their level.
