Job Summary
Infant/Toddler Teacher responsible for facilitating and guiding activities for an Infant or Toddler classroom, including curriculum implementation, daily classroom activities, and selecting and arranging equipment and materials in the classroom while meeting the individual needs and care of children. Responsibilities include creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's development and progress, communicating with families about their children's development and progress, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children. Position requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Infant/Toddler CDA credential, Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification, 1-2 years of experience with toddlers, and availability for a Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek with an 8-hour shift between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Required Qualifications
