Job Summary
Infant/Toddler Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming classroom, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment. Role includes communicating with parents via apps and discussions, collaborating with center staff to support enrollment and engagement, and building relationships with families and coworkers to promote a dynamic learning environment while focusing on age-appropriate development and play-based learning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- DCF 45 hours preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
Desired Qualifications
