Job Summary
Infant/Toddler Teacher role focusing on creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with attention to age-appropriate needs; foster a safe, nurturing environment; communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via various channels; support center goals around enrollment and engagement; build positive relationships with families and coworkers to facilitate seamless play and learning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- DCF 45 hours preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
