Job Summary
Infant/Toddler Teacher responsible for delivering a STEAM-based curriculum and Wonder Of Learning lesson plans, fostering a love of learning through engaging teaching methods, and adjusting activities to children's interests. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom, manage daily routines, and address behavioral issues with positive guidance. Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and supervise children during activities. Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with staff to share strategies. Required Qualifications
- Some courses completed in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Preferred-Not required- NCECC (Credentials) , or Equivalent
- Current Qualifying Letter/ Ability To Obtain A Qualifying Letter
- 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
