Job Summary
Guide infants and toddlers through daily activities with gentle support while managing the classroom to ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster growth and exploration, maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting space for curiosity. Provide developmentally enriching experiences and offer mentorship to classroom Aides navigating their early education journey. Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking. Work Monday through Friday across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- Ability to manage a classroom
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving skills
