Job Summary
Infant/Toddler Teacher responsible for delivering a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum and fostering a safe, welcoming classroom. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards; support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development; maintain routines and promote positive behavior; observe, assess, and document children’s progress for families; ensure health, hygiene, and safety; collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development; eligible for competitive pay and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field preferred
- CPR-preferred (if candidate does not hold a valid or active certificate, they can get it after hire)
