Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child's social and emotional development. Build positive relationships with families and collaborate closely with the lead teacher and entire faculty. This part-time and full-time role requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs for child safety. No nights or weekends are scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
