Infant/Toddler Teacher Full Year Fairborn

Collaborate with the Head Teacher, Early Childhood Service Coordinator, and families to plan and implement the Head Start educational program for preschool children. Prepare the learning environment, manage daily routines, small and large group times, outdoor activities, and mealtime procedures while ensuring proper supervision and a safe, sanitary setting. Develop individualized activities promoting skill building across developmental domains and assist in completing developmental screenings for all children. Support family engagement initiatives and conduct home visits, parent conferences, and plans when requested by the supervisor.
