Job Summary
Plan and implement lesson plans and activities for infant and toddler students, aligning with our curriculum and values. Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and needs. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education (or related field)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or currently pursuing
- Ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
