Job Summary
Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Teacher needed at The Learning Experience in Murrieta, CA. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children; implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring approaches for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers; fostering a safe, nurturing environment; communicating regularly with parents via mobile apps and discussions; partnering with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals; building relationships with families and coworkers to support a dynamic learning environment; promoting growth, play, and learning. Skills/experience sought include a genuine passion for educating and caring for children, 6 months+ (1 year preferred) professional teaching experience, and 12 ECE units; physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 40 pounds; adherence to state licensing requirements; Pediatric CPR and Mandated Reporter certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have 12 ECE units, possess the Infant/Toddler Dev & Care units preferred
- License/Certification: Pediatric CPR Certification (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Mandated Reporter certification (Preferred)
- There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role
