Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience. Collaborate with lead teachers to create a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; implement the LEAP Curriculum with a growth mindset to support young minds; foster a safe, nurturing environment that blends play with structured learning; communicate with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and conversations; contribute to center enrollment and engagement goals; build positive relationships with families and coworkers to support a dynamic learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- ECE coursework preferred
