Job Summary
Assist in managing a safe, nurturing Infants/Toddlers classroom and implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum to support early learning and development. Responsibilities include creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining a positive classroom environment, communicating with families about children’s adventures and progress through apps and discussions, and building collaborative relationships with families and coworkers to foster a seamless play-and-learn environment.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (required)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role
