Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher

Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, supervise individualized care routines, and foster a sense of belonging. Communicate with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities while adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. This role requires a high school diploma, empathy for young children, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
