Job Summary
Create balanced lesson plans appropriate for infant and toddler development levels. Document learning experiences through displays and pictures. Maintain positive daily communication with families. Ensure a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment while facilitating childcare licensing standards. Work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced setting. This afternoon infant teacher role at Small Steps runs from 12 PM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- High school diploma
