Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers in the classroom; manage a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in alignment with each child’s needs; communicate regularly with families about children’s progress through mobile apps and discussions; collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals; build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
