Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage overall classroom operations to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where infants can play and reach developmental milestones. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to each child's unique needs and communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress. Build strong relationships with families and center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals. Work Monday through Friday in a family-oriented atmosphere dedicated to making a positive difference in children's lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- DCF 45 Hours
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must meet all state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- ECE Coursework
- CDA
