Job Summary
Lead Infant Classroom with The Learning Experience: mentor and coach less experienced teachers in a safe, nurturing environment; implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for Infants; manage classroom to enable play and learning; regularly communicate with parents about children's progress via mobile apps and discussions; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals; build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic early-learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE -EDU 119
- ITS SIDS
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
