Job Summary
Provide exceptional care for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines while planning and implementing age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities. Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates, collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership, and ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $23–$24 per hour. Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
Desired Qualifications
- Previous infant classroom experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
