Job Summary
Lead Preschool/Infant Teacher at The Learning Experience in Hilliard, OH responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children, implementing the LEAP Curriculum across infants, toddlers, or preschool groups, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, and communicating regularly with parents about children's milestones and activities. Partner with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, build relationships with families and coworkers, and foster growth through ongoing childcare training and development.
Required Qualifications
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
