Job Summary
Infant Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to preschoolers, implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, and communicating with families about children’s progress. Responsibilities include using a growth mindset to develop young minds, partnering with center staff to support enrollment and engagement, and building relationships with families and coworkers to create a seamless play-and-learn environment. Qualifications include 2+ years of professional teaching experience, a High School Diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred), Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification, and adherence to state guidelines. Hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm in Doylestown, PA.
