Job Summary
Lead Teacher in Summit, NJ responsibilities include leading, coaching, and mentoring teachers; managing safe, nurturing classrooms; implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; creating an engaging learning environment; communicating with parents via apps and discussions; supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement; building relationships with families and staff; and collaborating to foster a dynamic play-and-learning environment. Required/preferred qualifications include 1 year (6+ months minimum) of professional teaching experience, an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, a high school diploma/GED required, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and adherence to state guidelines. Required Qualifications
