Job Summary
Provide attentive, compassionate care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months while creating a calm, engaging environment that supports sensory exploration. Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules, and implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to foster cognitive and emotional growth through play. Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress while working collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom. This role requires meeting Virginia state licensing requirements, including required training and background checks.
