Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage the overall classroom environment to ensure safety, nurturing, and engagement for infants, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support each child's unique needs. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions to share their children's achievements. Build relationships with families and center staff to foster seamless play and learning. Work Monday through Friday in a supportive team culture that prioritizes family atmosphere and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- DCF 45 Hours
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must meet all state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- ECE Coursework
- CDA
