Job Summary
Infant Teacher responsible for providing a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom for infants (6 weeks to 12 months); follow a daily schedule including feeding, diapering, tummy time, and early learning activities; build loving relationships with babies and families; communicate regularly with parents about daily experiences, growth, and milestones; maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies; requires at least 6 months of professional infant/childcare experience; preferred CDA/Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and CPR/First Aid certification; hourly pay $16.50–$18.50/hr based on experience; benefits include health insurance, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and childcare discounts; in-person work location in Austin, TX.
