Job Summary
Provide exceptional care for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines. Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities to foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment while building strong relationships with families through daily communication. Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to support infant development.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
Desired Qualifications
- Previous infant classroom experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
