Job Summary
Infant Teacher responsibilities include providing compassionate, individualized care for babies (6 weeks–12 months), supporting early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction, following feeding/diapering/nap schedules, communicating daily with families about progress, implementing the LEAP Curriculum to foster curiosity and emotional development, and maintaining a safe, clean, engaging classroom in collaboration with the teaching team. Requires ability to meet Virginia licensing requirements including background checks and training; prior childcare experience and strong communication and teamwork skills are preferred.
