Infant Teacher responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants using the LEAP® Curriculum; implement age-appropriate activities to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development; manage daily routines (feeding, diapering, comforting, naps) and maintain a clean, safe classroom; observe and document developmental milestones, communicate regularly with families about progress, and collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive learning experience. The role emphasizes building trust and security in infants and fostering a lifelong love of learning through play and guided discovery.
