Job Summary
Infant Lead Teacher responsible for guiding one infant classroom in a safe, nurturing, and organized environment; support infants’ developmental milestones through sensory play, language exposure, and guided interaction; maintain individualized routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions; supervise and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and ratios; communicate daily with families regarding routines, milestones, and updates; ensure full compliance with Maryland childcare licensing and safety standards; requires Maryland Infant/Toddler Teacher qualification (45-hour certification) and a high school diploma or higher; CPR/First Aid preferred.
