Job Summary
Infant Lead Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming classroom space for infants/toddlers/preschool, employing a growth mindset to foster learning, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, regularly communicating with parents via apps and discussions, supporting center enrollment and engagement goals, and building positive relationships with families and coworkers to enable seamless play and learning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must have SIDS or able to take within the first 2 months of hire
- Must meet state specific guidelines
