Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants and preschoolers, fostering growth and a love of learning, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities include using a growth mindset to develop young minds, communicating regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions, partnering with center staff to support enrollment and engagement, and building relationships with families and coworkers to create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Requires a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children, with a minimum of two years of teaching experience and a CDA or associate degree or higher in ECE (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
