Job Summary
Lead Infant Teacher responsibilities include classroom leadership, curriculum implementation of the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, regular family communication via mobile apps and in-person discussions, collaboration with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals, and building warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning and play. The role requires mentoring other educators, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to plan, prepare, and orchestrate an engaging learning space for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children while meeting state guidelines and safety requirements. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred. 18+ years old. Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday. Relocation to Phoenix, AZ (85085) required. Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Must meet state specific guidelines for role. High School Diploma/ GED required. (At least 18 years of age)
- Experience: Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles.
- State Compliance: Must meet state and federal guidelines including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals and required health and safety training.
