Job Summary
Infant Teacher leads the infant classroom to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment; implements The Learning Experience LEAP Curriculum to support each child’s development; communicates daily with parents; collaborates with co-teachers; partners with the Center Director to maintain quality standards; adheres to Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements; benefits include competitive pay and health/dental/vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
