Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers while modeling behaviors to foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting instruction to each child's unique needs. Create a dynamic space where play and learning occur seamlessly, while communicating regularly with parents about their children's achievements. Partner with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals. Requires at least six months of professional teaching experience, an associate degree in ECE preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification. The Learning Experience seeks to make a difference in the lives of children and families through a growth mindset approach.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- CPR and First Aide certification
