Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in a classroom for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool, implementing the LEAP Curriculum®, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment; communicate with families about children’s learning milestones; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement; build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
