Job Summary
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for infants; provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn; observe and assess each child's developmental progress and needs; communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones; collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience; maintain a clean and organized classroom environment; ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations; foster a sense of community and belonging among children and families.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with infants or in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
