Infant Teacher - Paid Winter Break

Job Summary
Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment where infants learn, grow, and thrive through age-appropriate activities and safe sleep practices. Build trusting relationships with babies and their families while documenting daily progress and communicating openly. Support each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in compliance with EEC regulations and company policies. Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain a clean, healthy space. Requires EEC Teacher Certification, high school diploma, and full-time Monday through Friday hours from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC employment requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience in an infant classroom
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
