Job Summary
Delight in beautifully equipped classrooms while working alongside a caring, dedicated team to help shape future leaders. Provide daily care and education to infants, fostering social and emotional brain development through positive, team-centered interactions. Maintain a full-time Monday-Friday schedule from 6:30am to 6:00pm, ensuring compliance with Kansas Child Care Licensing Program regulations and state background study requirements. Required Qualifications
- Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
- Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
- Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
- Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
- Enjoy working with children!
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
- Has a passion for working with young children.
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
Desired Qualifications
