Job Summary
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times while maintaining classroom ratios and supervision standards. Support a positive, nurturing environment by assisting with developmentally appropriate activities, leading storytime and play-based learning, and encouraging children to follow routines. Monitor developmental progress and communicate professionally with parents and leadership while upholding company policies. Monday–Friday schedule only; starting rate $20.00/hour with a $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age)
- Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- High School Diploma
- Strong organizational skills
