Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom; manage a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers; implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum to foster growth and a love of learning; communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress; partner with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals; build positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of professional teaching experience (minimum)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
