Job Summary
Lead Infant Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants/toddlers/preschoolers; using a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning; implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®; ensuring a safe, nurturing environment; communicating with parents about children’s milestones via mobile apps and discussions; supporting enrollment and engagement with center staff; building positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of professional teaching experience (preferred) or one year of professional teaching experience (required)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
