Job Summary
Bright Horizons Infant Teacher in Durham area: create hands-on activities for toddlers, maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones, and uphold safety and cleanliness per policy. Requires state/company background checks and minimum education; opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. In-person, full-time, M-F 9am-6pm; duties include curriculum delivery, supervision, and providing developmentally appropriate practices to support children's growth. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
- College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
- 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
