Job Summary
Lead a nursery team to supervise infants, implement age-appropriate curriculum, train and evaluate staff, maintain open communication with parents, ensure health and safety compliance per state regulations, and oversee daily nursery operations including scheduling and resource allocation. Foster a positive team culture and provide mentorship to colleagues while promoting developmental milestones and quality care for infants.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in early childhood education or infant care
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- EQUIT certified
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
