Job Summary
Infant Nursery Supervisor role overseeing infant care within Early Learning Academies community. The position seeks candidates with a genuine passion for providing exceptional early learning experiences for infants, energetic, compassionate, and capable of nurturing young minds. Preferred candidates hold an EQIT class or a degree in ECE, with at least one year of direct infant experience. Responsibilities include creating a supportive, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, ensuring health and safety practices, and contributing to a collaborative educational community. Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive pay, benefits, and employee childcare discount. Must be at least 18 with HS diploma or GED and meet health, safety, and licensing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must meet state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines (education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, health and safety training)
- A valid driver’s license if driving is required
- Minimum 1-year experience working directly with infants
Desired Qualifications
- EQIT class completed
- degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- minimum 1 year of infant direct care experience
