The role supports early childhood mental health through Child-Parent Psychotherapy, with services typically rendered in natural settings (home or school) for ages birth to 5, across Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties, in a HIPAA-compliant space. The position offers access to CE opportunities, weekly clinical supervision toward licensure, and collaboration within a team. Licensure requirements vary by role (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT for licensed positions). Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another applicable human services degree
  • Licensed or registered intern under Florida Statutes 490 or 491- and two years of experience working with children and families
  • Active and clear State of Florida License - LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT for licensed positions
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
