Job Summary
Under the supervision of the IMH and Family Services Coordinator, the Infant Mental Health (IMH) Interventionist/Family Coach provides support, interaction, and brief interventions for infants and their families in a residential treatment program. Responsibilities include assisting with observations, assessments, goal tracking, documentation updates, managing supplies, and participating in treatment and team meetings. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with parents and young children in home, residential, childcare or other setting(s) preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, social work or similar field, preferred
- Competent in up-to-date Microsoft versions and programs, and virtual/telehealth platforms
- Comfortable with written documentation and navigation in data/EMR systems
- IMH-Endorsement® preferred, willing to complete an IMH-Endorsement® within the first year of employment
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License Required
