Job Summary
Provide consistent, responsive care in a Massachusetts infant classroom, implementing The Learning Experience LEAP curriculum, supporting developmental needs through sensory activities and language exposure, and partnering with families. Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets MA EEC licensing standards. Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to ensure high-quality care and program consistency, while communicating developmental progress and classroom experiences to families.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience working with infants; 1+ year preferred
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
