Job Summary
Provide attentive, responsive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months by supporting feeding, diapering, and daily classroom routines. Create a safe, engaging environment that encourages early development while following schedules designed for sleep, play, and learning. Maintain a clean, organized classroom meeting health and safety standards and communicate daily with families about progress. Collaborate with the teaching team and leadership while adhering to New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies. This role supports growth and development in a calm, responsive setting within The Learning Experience's infant classrooms in Ramsey, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
