Job Summary
Infant Lead Teacher responsible for providing attentive, responsive care to infants, implementing the center's curriculum and infant development standards, supporting feeding/diapering/rest routines, observing and documenting developmental milestones, maintaining a clean and safe classroom, communicating with families, and ensuring compliance with Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing and center policies; requires TECE I or TECE II credentials and a commitment to professional development and growth. This role supports infants’ early development in a structured, nurturing environment with opportunities for advancement and benefits for full-time staff.
